Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please reach out to support@leatherherorestorer.com with your order number and the reason you want to return it. Please wait for us to authorize the return first.
You will be responsible for the return charges. If it is used or opened it will not be refunded.
If the item you received is damaged, please contact us so we can take care of it for you.
If you are missing a product, it usually means its on backorder. Once in a while we are human and make mistakes. Simply contact us and we will get it taken care of for you.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
