SHIPPING AND ORDER FAQ
I did not receive a confirmation:
If you did not receive a confirmation, check your email if your address is spelled wrong. All customers will get a confirmation email. Double check with us if the order went through.
My Tracking number is not updating:
If your tracking number is not updating, please send us a message support@leatherherorestorer.com and we will look into it for you.
My item arrived damaged:
If your item arrived damaged please email us with a picture and your order number so we can take care of it for you.
Im missing an item in my order:
If you are missing an item or have a backorder item, please email us and we can either give you an ETA on the backorder item or replace, refund for the item.
My Package Says Delivered but I didnt Receive it:
We ship mainly with USPS, and sometimes with UPS. Please check around your house and neighbors as it usually shows up 99% of the time. Id also suggest contacting your postal carrier. If you cannot find it, please contact us so we can look into it further.
